In an ongoing effort to address the increasing impact of flooding and severe weather on residents, businesses and infrastructure in Westchester County, the County of Westchester (the “County”), acting by and through its Department of Planning (the “Department”), invites proposals from qualified firms with extensive experience in advising municipalities on flood mitigation issues (“Firms”), to provide advisory consultant services to the Department’s Director of Flood Mitigation and Resiliency in connection with efforts to improve flood mitigation in the County.

The Westchester County Office for Women invites proposals from qualified agencies to provide free culturally-competent bilingual (English/Spanish) services for victims of sexual assault residing or receiving treatment in Westchester County including, but not limited to: a bilingual (English/Spanish), multicultural 24/7 hotline; use of Language Line or other translation service where required; short-term counseling provided by crisis counselor advocates; accompaniment to appropriate resources including police stations, hospitals and other providers; comprehensive outreach; education; follow-up; and other related services, as needed. The County of Westchester, acting by and through Westchester Community College (the "County" or the "College") invites proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the institution's current business practices and processes. The goal is to identify inefficiencies, areas of improvement and opportunities for enhanced effectiveness in the institution's operations. The selected consultant will provide actionable recommendations to streamline processes, reduce costs, improve service delivery, and support the College's strategic objectives.
