The Senior Hall of Fame is co-sponsored by the Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services (DSPS) and Westchester County Parks. The names of the seniors who will be honored that day will be posted here shortly.

The Senior Hall of Fame began in 1982, and more than 800 seniors have been inducted since that time. The Hall of Fame honors seniors who have contributed their energies and talents as professionals and volunteers to enhance the quality of life throughout Westchester or in their communities. Specifically, they are presented to individuals who have made special contributions in the areas of human services, humanitarianism or philanthropy or for their outstanding leadership in initiating, improving or expanding services or programs. 

Nominations to the Hall of Fame closed Sept. 14, but here are a copy of the nominating form and the letter that accompanied it.
