Park Passes

The Westchester County resident Park Pass (available to residents of Westchester only) an individual photo identification card, can be obtained for a fee of $45. The pass enables the holder to use all county-owned park facilities and provides discounts in user and parking fees where applicable. (The pass is not required for children under 12 years of age.)  Park Passes issued in 2004 expire 3 years from date of purchase.

Group Picnics   

Permits are required for groups of 26 people or more. Call 914-864-7075 for more information, reservations and to check availability or click on the link above.

Athletic Fields  

Athletic fields are available at Tibbetts Brook Park  for a fee. Advance reservations are required.  Call 914-864-7075 for more information
 

Hunting  

No hunting is permitted in any county park or property with the exception of sections of Muscoot Farm and Lasdon Park,will open for bow hunting deer this autumn. Participants will be selected by lottery. Learn more.. The use of metal detection devices is prohibited.

Dogs   

Dogs are allowed in most parks, but must be leashed. Disposable dog waste bags are available at many parks.  No dogs are allowed in the county nature preserves or sanctuaries, Lasdon Park and Arboretum, Muscoot Farm, Playland or the Sportsman Center. Dogs are not permitted in picnic areas.
 

Park Pass Locations

Park Passes are issued from 10 a.m. through 4 p.m. except at Playland.
