The Jandon Scholarship program is run by the private Jandon Foundation and Westchester County. It provides college scholarships for low-income students with academic promise. The 2009 Jandon Scholars have been named. Through the Women's Hall of Fame, over 30 scholarships are awarded annually for areas of study such as telecommunications, life and physical sciences, computer science, health care, environmental studies, business, mathematics and engineering.
