The Westchester County Clerk's Office offers a Domestic Partner Registry for unmarried couples who would like to have their relationship documented and recognized.

Couples can register by submitting an affidavit to the Legal Division of the County Clerk's Office located at 110 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Room 330 in White Plains.  Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.,  Monday through Friday. Appointments are not necessary.
