I-287 East Exit 5: onto Tarrytown Rd (Route 119) heading East.  
As you proceed on Tarrytown Rd you might notice our County Center landmark building on the left.  
Turn left onto Main Street by driving under the train bridge.  
Turn right onto Court Street.  
Turn right onto Martine Ave and 148 Martine Ave is on the left.  
or
I-287 West Exit 6: Turn left at the traffic light and another left onto N Broadway (Route22).
Stay in the center lane past Pace University on your left and go past Hamilton Ave.
Now quickly go into the right lane and turn right onto Martine Ave.
148 Martine is on the left past the Court Street intersection.

The White Plains Station is within a half mile walk (take Main Street for 3 blocks, make right on Court St., take 1 block to Martine Ave.) or taxi-ride to the Michaelian Office Building and other County offices in Downtown White Plains.
